Tour Itinerary

Stage 1: Morning Briefing & Angkor Wat Discovery

Journey Begins(8:30 AM – 12:00 PM)

Begin your extraordinary journey at Bayon Pastry School, where our expert local guide welcomes you with warm Cambodian hospitality. After a comprehensive briefing and bike fitting, we’ll cycle through scenic paths toward the legendary Angkor Park.

After bike fitting and safety instructions, we pedal through charming local neighborhoods toward the world-renowned Angkor Park. Upon arrival, prepare to be mesmerized as we explore the magnificent moat surrounding Angkor Wat – an engineering marvel that has reflected the temple’s iconic silhouette for nearly 900 years. (Note: Angkor Wat temple is not included in this tour, as it is the largest temple in the complex and requires several hours to explore thoroughly).

Walk along these sacred waters where ancient kings once gazed upon their greatest architectural achievement, while our guide shares fascinating stories of Khmer Empire glory and the spiritual significance of this UNESCO World Heritage masterpiece.

We then venture through lush jungle trails to reach the imposing South Gate of Angkor Thom, where ancient stone guardians stand eternal watch. Here, you’ll explore the mystical Bayon Temple with its iconic smiling faces carved in stone – a masterpiece of Khmer architecture that simply cannot be missed.

Hidden gem bonus: Time permitting, we’ll discover the peaceful Preah Palilay Temple, a secret sanctuary away from the crowds.

Stage 2: Temple Odyssey & Cultural Immersion

 (1:00 PM – 4:30 PM)

After enjoying a delicious traditional Cambodian lunch, we dive deeper into Angkor’s hidden treasures. Cycling through enchanting jungle paths, we arrive at Preah Khan – a sprawling temple complex where nature and architecture dance in perfect harmony. With fewer tourists and more authentic atmosphere, you’ll experience the true spirit of ancient Cambodia.

After that we cycle to our crown jewel awaits: Ta Nei Temple, known locally as the « Ghost Temple. » Hidden deep within the jungle’s embrace, and therefore rarely visited by other tourists. This hauntingly beautiful sanctuary offers an almost mystical experience. The silence is profound, broken only by birdsong and rustling leaves – this is where you’ll truly connect with Angkor’s ancient soul. We will then see Ta Keo Temple, an impressive and beautiful mountain temple that showcases the raw architectural ambition of the Khmer Empire. Climb its steep steps for panoramic jungle views and reflect on the day’s incredible discoveries.

Sunset Spectacle & Magical Return with Golden Hour Final

(4:30 PM – 7:00 PM)

As the afternoon sun begins its descent, we position ourselves for the tour’s crowning moment – a breathtaking sunset experience at the majestic Pre Rup Temple. Climb the steep steps of this mountain temple pyramid and witness one of Cambodia’s most spectacular sunsets as golden light bathes the jungle canopy stretching endlessly toward the horizon.

Alternative sunset option: For a more intimate experience, choose the hidden gem Prasat Chrung – a corner temple offering equally stunning views with fewer crowds and a more mystical atmosphere.

As twilight paints the sky in brilliant oranges and purples, we begin our peaceful evening cycle back through darkening temple grounds, headlights illuminating ancient paths as we return to our office with hearts full of wonder and memories to treasure forever.

Itinerary Flexibility:
We offer a high level of flexibility to meet our customers’ preferences and needs. For example, if a customer wishes to visit Angkor Wat, we can include it in the schedule by adjusting the itinerary and skipping one or two other temples.

🚴‍♂️ Flexible Transportation Options :

  • Park Start Service: Begin your adventure directly at Angkor Park ($10)
