What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Customer data gathered on this website (including payment details) are used by OFF TRACK Tours for the sole purpose of service delivery to the customer and will not be shared with Third Parties. Also, any information that is taken for one of the transactions is not stored by OFF TRACK Tours (it is solely collected for the purpose of the particular transaction). The use of this information is furthermore subjected to the restrictions as set out in the EU Regulation on General Data Protection (GDPR). This website collects the following personal data: Name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details.

Cookies
The website www.offtrackcambodia.com is hosted by OPTe.NETWORK and collects cookies. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. OFF TRACK Tours uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of the website, and their website access preferences. OFF TRACK Tours visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the website, with the drawback that certain features of the website may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
If you sign up for an account you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and address in cookies. This function is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you return. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded once you close the browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select ‘Remember me’, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form; and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar Service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact Form
We use Gravity Forms on our website. If you leave us a comment on our website contact form, we collect the data submitted such as your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect your IP address automatically.
We keep this information for customer service purposes and delete it after 30 days. We do not use the information for marketing purposes.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics
Our website uses Google Tag Manager to analyze traffic to our website for the purpose of marketing. Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites. Users may disable cookies or delete any individual cookie.
In addition, Google Analytics supports an optional browser add-on that – once installed and enabled – disables measurement by Google Analytics for any site a user visits. Note that this add-on only disables Google Analytics measurement.
Where a site or app uses Google Analytics for Apps or the Google Analytics for Firebase SDKs, Google Analytics collects an app-instance identifier — a randomly generated number that identifies a unique installation of an App. Whenever a user resets their Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID on Android, and ID for Advertisers on iOS), the app-instance identifier is also reset.
Where sites or apps have implemented Google Analytics with other Google Advertising products, like AdWords, additional advertising identifiers may be collected. Users can opt-out of this feature and manage their settings for this cookie using the Ads Settings. Learn more
Google Analytics also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give website owners a sense of which country, state, or city in the world their users come from (also known as “IP geolocation”). Google Analytics provides a method to mask IPs that are collected (detailed below) but note that website owners have access to their users’ IP addresses even if the website owners do not use Google Analytics.
